Naturalisation/British Citizenship:

Settlement in the UK (also knows as Indefinite Leave to Remain – ILR):
In most cases you can apply for settlement in the UK after 5 years of continous residence. There are different routes in the UK that leads to a settlement – you will need to first check if you are eligible for ILR application. You will need to meet the eligibilty criteria depending on what route you are currently on. In most cases for an ILR application, the applicants are required to have passed English language test at B1 level as well as Life in the UK along with meeting the financial requirments.
Visiting the UK to see your love ones or for tourism:
There are various types of visit visas including tourism, family, medical, business, etc. we can help you with all of them. You will generally be granted a visa for 6 months, and there will be restrictions on your Pak Visa to do certain activities whilst you are on your stay in the UK.
Studies in the UK:
We assist our clients with student visa application. To get a student visa you need to have an offered in placed for a course – the institute must be licensed by the Home Office. You need to have enough money to support yourself and pay the course fee. You will also need to establish you understanding of English language. The earliest you can apply is 6 months before the start of your course. Whilst in the UK on student visa, you are allowed to work (restricted hours), apply for extension (if applicable), switch to a different visa including graduate visa or work visa (upon eligibility criteria is met).
UK work visa (Skilled worker visa) Tier 2:
It has become rather easy to come to the UK on a worker visa. A worker visa allows applicants to come to the UK and work with an employer who is licensed by the Home Office. You can apply for this visa within or outside the UK.
To apply for worker visa applicants are required to have COS (Certificate of Sponsorship) from their employer. Applicants are allowed to work on eligible occupation (list is published on the Home Office website) and received a paid minimum salary as set by the Home Office. Your parent and children are also eligible to apply to join you in the UK. On this route you are eligible for settlement visa after 5 years.
